Contestant Information

Age Requirement:

Age 6-9

(Contestant must be between 6 and 9 on or before pageant date)

Age Requirement:

Age 10-15 (Contestant must be between 10 and 15 on or before pageant date)

Age Requirement:

Age 16-21 (Contestant must be between 16 and 21 on or before pageant date)

Rules and Eligibility Requirements

Contestant must be a United States citizen.
Contestant must live within the Gurnee area - zip code 60031 or Contestant must reside within the Warren Township School District 121 boundary and their town not have a pageant affiliated with LCIS.
Contestant must be female.
Contestant must meet the age requirements stated above.
Contestant may never have held the title they are competing for.
Contestant must compete in all competition categories.
Contestant must agree to have their photo used in newspaper and other publications approved by the GCP board.
Constant must never have been convicted of a misdemeanor or felony offense.
Contestant must be enrolled in school or have a high school diploma or have completed the G.E.D. program. If you are 18 years or older, you must be enrolled in High School or college or completed college or a trade school program. Grades must be in good standing or have finished school in good standing. No exceptions.
Contestant may not have been married or have had a marriage annulled.
Contestant must never have been pregnant or have had a child.
Contestant must bring in a minimum of $50 in advertisements for the program book (more information will be available at the contestant meeting).
It is expected that every contestant and their family/friends show good sportsmanship before, during, and after the pageant.
